Quality & Compliance

1. Structure:Zinc Pipes and Galvanized Sheets.
2. Bottom Frame: -The base frame shall be made of pressed Mild Steel C Chanel of minimum 100x50 mm.Cross member (stiffener Bottom) will be of section minimum 80x40 mm Galvanized Pipe rectangular pipe.The bottom rail shall be formed with sufficiently strengthened to facilitate transportation, lifting and shifting.
3. Bottom Flooring:-18mm Cement Fiber Board duly fixed with self-tapping screw finished with waterproof vinyl sheet of minimum 0.80mm thickness.
4. Corner Post:-The corner post and center post will be made of minimum 50x50 Galvanized steel pressed pipe.
6. Top Frame: - Frame made of 50mmx50mm Tubular GP Pipes. ISI Marked
7. Stiffener Top: -25X50mm, & 25X25mm Galvanized Tubular Pipes. ISI Marked
8. Roofing: -Self-draining type roof shall be made of 1.2mm Galvanized (GP) Sheets of ISI JSW or TATA Brand Specially Sloped. The top rail shall finished with Square Hollow Tubular sections with ends sealed. Roof joint shall be covered by Metal paste and Tar sheets.
9. Side and End walls: -Shall be made out of pressed sections of suitableprofiles/ pillars of sufficient strength.Exterior wall shall be made up of min. 1.0 mm (20) Gauge Galvanised (Zinc) Sheet of ISI JSW or TATA Brand Specially corrugated.Side and End walls joint shall be covered by Metal paste.
10. Hooks: -Hooks Specially formed Will be provided for easy lifting and shifting.
11. Wall size: -Wall 50mm thick only.
12. Doors: -Main door shall be Galvanized steel.Door will be having provision for locking and handle on both side of door with standard.
13. Surface Treatment:- All joints shall be filled by metal paste.
14. Painting: -All components are painted with a coat of epoxy marine grade primer & 2 coats of Enamel Paint.
15. Insulation: -25mm thick Glass wool for walls and 50mm thick for Ceiling.
16. Internal Wall and Ceiling :-10mm MDF Prelam Board finished with Colour Coated Aluminium Beeding.
17. Window:-Aluminium Sliding window with 4mm glass of ISI marked with security grill & rain guard and weather shed. Size of rain guard shall be 3.2ftx0.6ft
18. Electrical System: -(wiring)All wirings shall be concealed type.Electrical system shall be done as per capacity of 230 volts, 50 hz. Single phase AC power supply.Complete wiring shall be concealed.Copper cable of 2.5SQmm thickness should be done under PVC con shield.4 sqmm cable shall be used for main cable and supply for AC.Main MCB shall be of 20 Ampere in which OWNER will give the supply to the porta Cabin.All electrical wirings & fittings shall be of ISI Marked.
19. Led Lights: -Led Lights of will be 20 W each shall be fixed on ceiling of cabin.Make: ISI Marked, Model: panel light.
20. Fans: -Overhead Ceiling Fans.Make: Homestar/royal, Model: grills type .
21. Sockets: -16 Amp Socket Switch Suitable for 1.920kilo watts (common load)10Amp Switch Socket Shall be provided.
22. Test and Inspection: -Buyer has inspection / test right to check the porta cabin depend upon bill of order quantity. Company shall allow complete access to the client’s authorized representatives during visit for inspection.
23. Warranty: -warranty of 12 Months including welding, Material.
